3 new ways to plan and book a trip with Google Search

Interface AI Mode de Google montrant options de vols et hôtels

Google announces three AI Mode updates in Search: flight price tracking, display of costs in points/miles, and booking hotels directly in the conversation.

New AI Mode features in Search

Google now embeds several travel tools directly into AI Mode. The goal is to keep planning and booking within the same conversation, without switching between multiple sites.

Track flight prices

Google Flights’ price-tracking feature is available in AI Mode: describe your dates and destinations, and AI Mode shows the best options with the latest fares from more than 300 airlines and partner travel sites. You can enable tracking and receive an email if prices change. This feature is available in over 180 countries and territories.

See the cost in points or miles

AI Mode can show the cost in points or miles for flights and hotels, based on partner data. Initial support includes Alaska/Hawaiian, American Airlines, Choice Hotels International, Hilton and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts; Accor, Flying Blue, Hyatt, LATAM Airlines and Lufthansa Group will be added in the coming weeks.

Book a hotel from AI Mode

Hotel booking via AI Mode has begun rolling out in the United States in English. After selecting a hotel, you can choose “Continue on Google” and complete the booking (payment via Google Pay).

Integrated partners include: Booking.com, Choice Hotels International, Expedia, Hilton, Hotels.com, IHG, Marriott, Priceline, Trip.com and Wyndham.

AI Mode brings price tracking, rewards exploration and booking together into a single search experience.
